IBM 01AC606 8TB Nearline SAS 3.5-inch Drive

IBM 01AC606 is the FRU for an 8 TB nearline SAS hard drive in the 3.5-inch large form factor. IBM lists it in the replaceable-units table for the 2U expansion enclosures of the FlashSystem 5200 (machine type 4662), where it installs in the 12-bay LFF expansion, model 4662-12G. IBM's FlashSystem 5200 sales manual lists feature AL3B as an 8 TB nearline 3.5-inch drive for that model. IBM does not print the FRU next to the feature, so the link is by the sales-manual description. The smaller sibling in the same table is 01AC604, a 4 TB nearline LFF drive. SFF drives such as 01YM203 (2.4 TB 10K) go in the 24-bay 4662-24G instead, so 01AC606 is for LFF bays only. To confirm fit, check that the expansion label shows 4662-12G or another LFF model IBM lists for this FRU, and match the FRU on the drive carrier to IBM's 2U expansion parts table.
