4P57A72666 is the ThinkSystem 1100W 230V Titanium Hot-Swap Gen2 Power Supply, Lenovo feature code BLKH. It is an 80 PLUS Titanium AC supply with a C13 inlet and a 230 V input: Lenovo marks it as unsupported at 100 V AC and supports 200 to 240 V AC, with 240 V DC in China. Servers accept up to two, and both must match.
Maximum inlet current is 5.9 A at 200 V AC, 5.3 A at 220 V AC and 5 A at 240 V DC. The other Titanium units in the same tables are the 750W 4P57A82019, the 1800W 4P57A78359 and the 2600W 4P57A72667, which uses a C19 inlet.
Lenovo supports 4P57A72666 in the ThinkSystem SR630 V2, SR630 V3, SR635 V3, SR645, SR645 V3, SR650 V2, SR650 V3, SR655 V3, SR665, SR665 V3, SR850 V2, SR850 V3, SR860 V2, SR860 V3, ST650 V2 and ST650 V3. For an ST650 V2 it was added to the power supply options together with the 750W Titanium v3 unit.
