4P57A75972 is the ThinkSystem 750W 230V/115V Platinum hot-swap Gen2 power supply, version 2, with feature code BHTU. It is a dual-voltage AC supply that auto-senses 110V AC (100-127V, 50/60 Hz) and 220V AC (200-240V, 50/60 Hz) input, and it also accepts 240V DC in China only; it does not take -48V DC input.
The ThinkSystem SR630 V2, SR650 V2 and ST650 V2 each support up to two of this supply. The inlet is a C14 connector, so it takes C13 power cords, and the supply does not include a line cord.
Lenovo supports many C13 cords with it. Line cords include 39Y7917 for Europe (2.8 m, C13 to CEE 7/7) and 4L67A08359 for the US (4.3 m, 10A/125V, C13 to NEMA 5-15P). C13 to C14 jumper cords run from 00Y3043 at 1.0 m to 39Y7932 at 4.3 m, and 47C2491 is a 1.2 m rack cable with two C13 ends and one C20 end.
The Platinum 750W supply in version 3 is 4P57A72670 with feature BNFG. The 750W Titanium version 2, 4P57A75973 with feature BHS8, works on 220V AC only, while 4P57A75972 works on both 110V and 220V AC.
