00YC400 is the Lenovo Enterprise Entry 960GB SATA SSD in a G3HS tray, feature code AT8U, a Samsung PM863-based drive on a 6 Gbps SATA interface. Lenovo rates it at 1,400 TB of writes, which is 0.8 drive writes per day for five years.
Lenovo gives 99,000 random read and 18,000 random write IOPS (4 KB blocks), 520 MBps sequential read, 475 MBps sequential write (128 KB blocks), 106 µs read and 52 µs write latency, and 2.9 W typical power when reading and 3.8 W when writing. MTBF is 2,000,000 hours.
Other 960GB versions of this drive are 00YC380 in a G2HS tray (AT8Q), 00YC440 for NeXtScale (AT92) and 00YC420 in a 3.5-inch hot-swap tray (AT8Y). Lenovo lists the G3HS drive for the System x3550 M5, x3650 M5, x3500 M5, x3850 X6, x3950 X6 and nx360 M5, plus the Flex System x240 M5 and X6 compute nodes.
The 240GB and 480GB drives in the same tray are 00YC390 and 00YC395; see also the IBM and Lenovo SSDs.
