Dell part X150K is a 300GB 3.5-inch 15K rpm SAS hard drive built on the Hitachi HUS156030VLS600. Dell's PowerVault MD34XX/38XX support matrix lists it with model HUS156030VLS600, capacity 300GB, speed 15K, SED No and firmware E820.
Dell marks this 3.5-inch 15K drive as not supported in the dense MD3460, MD3860i and MD3860 enclosures. Dell's MD3200/MD3200i support matrix also lists X150K with the same model. Other Hitachi 3.5-inch drives in the same Dell matrix: T857K (HUS156045VLS600, 450GB, 15K, firmware E820); VYRKH (HUS723020ALS640, 2TB, 7.2K, firmware M440).
Fit check: compare the model and firmware on your installed drives with HUS156030VLS600 and E820, and check that the Dell part number on the label appears in Dell's matrix for your array.
Dell's matrix pairs this 300GB Hitachi with the 450GB T857K on the same E820 firmware, so step up there for capacity; XP99D and other drives are in Dell PowerEdge Server Hard Drives (SAS, NL-SAS).
