2XVX2 is a Dell 3.84TB 2.5-inch SSD with 512e sectors. It runs firmware BA48 and is not self-encrypting, and MD1400 and MD1420 enclosures support it under Kioxia model number KPM6XRUG3T84.
Kioxia places KPM6XRUG3T84 in its PM6-R family as the 3,840 GB drive with Sanitize Instant Erase. The PM6-R is a read-intensive 24G SAS SSD with 96-layer BiCS FLASH TLC, meant for data warehousing, streaming media, video on demand and web serving, with capacities from 960 GB to 30.72 TB across the series.
Sustained read performance in dual-port mode is 4,150 MB/s for 128 KiB sequential and 595K IOPS for 4 KiB random. The endurance rating is 1 DWPD with a 100 percent random write workload; MTTF is 2,500,000 hours. The link auto-negotiates from 1.5 Gbit/s up to 22.5 Gbit/s.
Dimensions are 69.85 mm wide, 100.45 mm maximum long and 15 mm tall, at no more than 130 g, with a typical 5.0 W in ready state. The drive includes power-loss protection, T10 DIF end-to-end protection and Pin-3 power disable.
