4XB7A82265 (feature code BQ1V) is the ThinkSystem 7mm 5400 PRO 480GB Read Intensive SATA 6Gb HS SSD, drive model MTFDDAK480TGA-1BC16ABLA. It is a 7 mm hot-swap 2.5-inch drive on the Micron 5400 PRO platform, and it is a self-encrypting drive using TCG Enterprise.
The 480GB capacity reaches 95,000 random read IOPS and 37,000 random write IOPS with 4 KB blocks. Sequential throughput is 540 MBps read and 520 MBps write with 128 KB blocks, with sequential latency of 170 µs for reads and 42 µs for writes. Typical power is 2.5 W reading and 3.1 W writing.
Endurance is 1.5 drive writes per day, or 1324 TB of total bytes written, and MTTF is 3,000,000 hours. Data reliability is better than 1 uncorrectable error in 10^17 bits read. The drive measures 7 mm high, 70 mm wide and 100 mm deep without the tray and weighs 70 g. Vibration tolerance when not operating is 3.13 GRMS from 5 to 800 Hz.
