This PN provides one 3.5 inch Large Form Factor (LFF) 1TB Hot Swappable Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) 7200 RPM HDD (Hard Disk Drive) This Dell H0R8N drive is compatible with the Dell EMC PowerVault MD34XX/38XX Series.
Compatibility and specifications
H0R8N appears in three Dell PowerVault documents as a Seagate ST1000NM0085 (1 TB, 7.2K, 3.5-inch, non-SED): firmware DT34 in the MD34XX/38XX matrix (Rev. A25), DT31 in the MD32XX/36XX matrix (Rev. A24), and an entry in the MD3060e enclosure matrix. The same Seagate model is also sold as Dell 98XDP, which only the MD34XX/38XX matrix lists, so H0R8N is the number Dell documents for 3.5-inch MD32/36 models such as the MD3200, MD3200i, MD3600i and MD3600f. The 1 TB GWD7D is a different Seagate model (ST1000NM0005) on firmware MS06.
