ICX7250-24P is the RUCKUS ICX 7250-24P, a 1U edge switch with 24 fixed 10/100/1000Base-T PoE and PoE+ ports and eight SFP+ ports that run as 1 GbE or 10 GbE uplinks or as stacking ports. It has one EPS4000 connector. The internal AC power supply draws up to 454.0 W from the line and supplies 24 Class 3 PoE ports or 12 Class 4 PoE+ ports, within a 370 W PoE budget.
Each EPS4000 connection adds 24 Class 3 PoE ports or 12 PoE+ ports of 54-volt power on top of the internal supply, and the 12-volt side of the EPS4000 backs up system power. The EPS4000 is an external power supply that takes up to four RPS17 modules. The other 7250 models are the 24G with four SFP uplinks and no stacking, the 24, the 48 and the 48P.
The 24P cools with two fans and sides-to-back airflow, moving 34.4 CFM at maximum and 13.7 CFM typical, at 44.7 dBA. It measures 4.37 cm high, 44.0 cm wide and 28 cm deep (1.72 x 17.32 x 11 in) and weighs 4.7 kg (10.3 lb). The operating ambient range is -5 to 50 C.
