Lenovo 00D5024 4GB (1x4GB, 1Rx4, 1.35V) PC3L-12800 CL11 ECC DDR3 1600MHz LP RDIMM

00D5024 is a 4GB DDR3 registered DIMM for Lenovo System x servers: PC3L-12800 (1600 MHz), CL11, single rank x4, ECC, low profile, with a 1.35 V rating. In the x3650 M4 (E5-2600 v2) guide it is feature code A3QE, and up to 24 can be fitted, 12 per processor.

Because it is a low-voltage module, its speed depends on the voltage the server runs it at. Lenovo's x3650 M4 table shows it at 1333 MHz with one or two DIMMs per channel when operating at 1.35 V, rising to 1600 MHz at 1.5 V; with three DIMMs per channel it runs at 800 MHz (1.35 V) or 1066 MHz (1.5 V). The 8GB version of the same module is 00D5036 (feature A3QH). Lenovo Press lists 00D5024 in the guides for these systems: the x3650 M4, x3650 M4 HD and BD, x3550 M4, x3500 M4, x3530 M4 and x3630 M4 (E5-2400 v2), x3750 M4 (8752 and 8753), the x3850 X6 and x3950 X6 (3837), the dx360 M4 and nx360 M4 nodes, and the Flex System x240 and X6 compute nodes. Lenovo does not support mixing UDIMMs, RDIMMs, HyperCloud DIMMs and LRDIMMs in these servers. Confirm the server model and that the installed memory is RDIMM before ordering.
