HPE P02521-B21 Intel Xeon-Platinum-8260 Processor Kit for ProLiant DL380 Gen10

P02521-B21 is HPE's processor kit for the Intel Xeon Platinum 8260 in the ProLiant DL380 Gen10. It has 24 cores running 48 threads, a 2.4 GHz base clock that turbos to 3.9 GHz, 35.75 MB of cache and 165 W TDP. It dates from Q2 2019; Intel's sheet shows 3 UPI links between sockets, 2 AVX-512 FMA units and 8S scalability. DDR4 runs at up to 2933 MHz on six channels with this processor, with Intel Optane persistent memory supported, up to 1 TB per socket. HPE PartSurfer gives the spare processor number as P11621-001. HPE's DL380 Gen10 QuickSpecs also list P02521-L21, the factory-integrated (FIO) version of this kit. Physically it is an FCLGA3647 part (76.0 x 56.5 mm); Intel rates its PCIe 3.0 lane count at 48. Intel's feature list for it includes AVX-512, Deep Learning Boost, Volume Management Device (VMD), Resource Director Technology, Speed Shift and Run Sure Technology. Fit check: the PartSurfer description ties the kit to the ProLiant DL380 Gen10; the spare number P11621-001 identifies the matching processor.
