Capacities run from 8TB (ST8000NM0055) to 20TB (ST20000NM007D). Each model number fixes one capacity and one interface: ST18000NM004J is the 18TB dual-port 12Gb/s SAS drive, while ST18000NM000J is the 18TB SATA 6Gb/s drive. These models ship in 512e format as standard. Match the interface to the server’s controller and backplane before ordering a replacement.
