P17023-B21 is the HPE 1600W Flex Slot -48VDC Hot Plug Power Supply Kit, a DC-input supply listed for the ProLiant DL380 Gen10. HPE PartSurfer gives the spare part as P18510-001.
The DL380 Gen10 QuickSpecs state that Flex Slot -48VDC supplies reach up to 94% efficiency. Ordering this supply requires one of two connection kits: P22173-B21, the HPE 1600W DC PSU Power Cable Kit, which comes with the lugs already fitted to a cable, or P36877-B21, the Power Lug Option Kit, for sites that use their own cabling and need only the lugs.
HPE also notes that this supply is not supported with Intel Optane persistent memory in the DL380 Gen10.
The 800 W -48 VDC model for the same server is 865434-B21, and HPE lists both in the DL380 Gen10 power supply table.
Fit check: confirm the server does not use Optane persistent memory, and order the cable kit or lug kit with the supply.
