The UCSB-B200-M5 is the Cisco UCS B200 M5 Blade Server.
Cisco sells it as a base blade; processors, memory, drives and mezzanine cards are added separately. Cisco also lists UCSB-B200-M5-U (upgrade) and UCSB-B200-M5-CH (distributor) versions.
