Cisco NXA-PAC-650W-PI N9000 650W AC Power Supply (Port-Side Intake)

NXA-PAC-650W-PI is the Cisco N9000 650W AC power supply with port-side intake airflow. It appears in the Nexus 9300-FX3 data sheet, both in the ordering list and in the power-supply compatibility table.

That table lists it for the N9K-C93180YC-FX3, a 1RU switch with 48 x 1/10/25G SFP28 ports and 6 x 40/100G QSFP28 ports rated at 3.6 Tbps. The same switch also accepts NXA-PAC-650W-PE, the NXA-PDC-930W-PE and -PI DC supplies, and the dual-direction N9K-PUV-1200W, up to two supplies per switch. Cisco lists the 650W unit at 2.42 lb (1.1 kg).

The PI letter means air is pulled in at the port side of the chassis. Cisco's FX3 table offers both 650W directions, so the choice comes down to which way the rack's cooling runs.

Fit check: compare the airflow arrow or letter on the fitted supply with the replacement. The exhaust version is the NXA-PAC-650W-PE, and the DC alternative is the NXA-PDC-930W-PI. The switch it serves, the N9K-C93180YC-FX3, and other Nexus parts are linked from the Cisco Nexus hub.
