4XB7A08503 is the ThinkSystem 2.5" 5100 960GB Entry SATA 6Gb Hot Swap SSD, Lenovo feature code B10P. It is the Lenovo version of the Micron 5100 ECO, an affordable 6 Gbps SATA drive with triple-level cell 3D NAND for read-intensive workloads. The 480GB drive of the same series is 4XB7A08502.
At 960 GB the drive has an endurance of 0.5 DWPD over five years, which is 900 TB written. It reaches 93,000 IOPS on 4 KB random reads and 28,000 IOPS on 4 KB random writes, with sequential speeds of 540 MBps read and 520 MBps write on 128 KB blocks. Read and write latency are both 500 microseconds, MTBF is 2,000,000 hours, data reliability is better than 1 error in 10^17 bits read, and typical power is 5 W.
The drive supports AES 256-bit encryption and S.M.A.R.T. monitoring and has no moving parts that can fail. Without its tray the body measures 7 mm x 70 mm x 100 mm and weighs 70 g, and it withstands 1,500 G of non-operating shock at 0.5 ms and 3.13 G RMS of non-operating vibration across 5 to 800 Hz.
