4XB7A83097 is the ThinkSystem 2.5" U.3 7450 PRO 15.36TB Read Intensive NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 HS SSD, Lenovo feature code BQAV, with supplier model MTFDKCC15T3TFR-1BC15ABYY. It is the largest capacity of the 2.5-inch U.3 hot-swap 7450 PRO drives, which are based on the Micron 7450 PRO with 176-layer 3D TLC NAND and a direct PCIe 4.0 x4 link per drive. The 7.68 TB drive of the same type is 4XB7A79649.
The 15.36 TB model reaches 1,000,000 IOPS on 4 KB random reads and 250,000 IOPS on 4 KB random writes. Sequential reads run at 6800 MBps and sequential writes at 5600 MBps on 128 KB blocks, and random latency is 80 microseconds for reads and 15 microseconds for writes. Endurance is 1.0 DWPD over five years, which is 28,000 TB written. SED encryption is standard under TCG Opal 2.01, backed by a secure execution environment, secure boot and key-based firmware update, and the drive adds power-loss protection, Adaptive Thermal Monitoring and S.M.A.R.T. reporting.
