4XB7B01887 (feature code C7P5) is the ThinkSystem 2.5" 15mm U.2 Solidigm P5620 1.6TB Mixed Use NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 Trayless SSD, drive model SSDPF2KE016T1O. The P5620 is based on the Solidigm D7-P5620, formerly the Intel D7-P5620, with 144-layer TLC 3D NAND, and it carries SED encryption as standard (TCG Opal 2.01).
On a PCIe 4.0 host connection the 1.6TB capacity reaches 700,000 random read IOPS and 200,000 random write IOPS with 4 KB blocks, plus 5.3 GBps sequential read and 1.9 GBps sequential write. Random access latency is 75 µs for reads and 15 µs for writes, and sequential latency is 10 µs for reads and 13 µs for writes. Average active power is 8.5 W reading and 15 W writing.
Endurance is 3 drive writes per day over five years, or 8.7 PB total bytes written, with an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours. The drive is 15 mm high, 70 mm wide and 100 mm deep and weighs 146 g without a hot-swap tray. It also supports a PCIe 3.0 host connection, variable sector size, enhanced power-loss data protection and thermal throttling.
