4TRHM is a Dell 1.6TB 2.5-inch SSD, 512e, not self-encrypting. MD1400 and MD1420 enclosures carry it as Kioxia model KPM7XVUG1T60 with firmware C10E.
Within Kioxia's 7th-generation PM7 line, KPM7XVUG1T60 is the 1,600 GB Sanitize Instant Erase variant of the PM7-V. PM7-V targets mixed-use work such as relational databases, streaming media, data warehousing and web services, and uses 112-layer BiCS FLASH TLC memory.
The interface is SAS-4 (24G SAS), negotiating 22.5, 12.0, 6.0, 3.0 or 1.5 Gbit/s with single- or dual-port support. In dual-port mode Kioxia specifies 4,200 MB/s sustained 128 KiB sequential read and 720K IOPS sustained 4 KiB random read. Endurance is 3 DWPD and MTTF 2,500,000 hours.
The drive is 2.5-inch and 15 mm thick, 69.85 mm wide, up to 100.45 mm long and no heavier than 130 g, using 5 W typical when ready from 12 V and 5 V supplies. Power Loss Protection and end-to-end data protection including T10 DIF are included.
