According to the MD34XX/38XX support matrix from Dell, part 55H49 is the ST3000NM0023 from Seagate, rated 3 TB at 7.2K rpm in a 3.5-inch carrier size.
For firmware, Dell lists GS15 in the MD34XX/38XX matrix and GS15 in the MD32XX/36XX matrix; self-encryption is not supported on this model.
Arrays in that matrix with 3.5-inch bays are the MD3400 at 12 Gbps SAS, the MD3800i at 10 Gbps iSCSI and the MD3800f at 16 Gbps FC, each holding 12 drives, as well as the dense MD3x60 models.
Expansion uses MD1200 and MD1220 enclosures: 120 slots in the base configuration and 192 with premium feature activation.
The same drive appears in the MD32XX/36XX table, which applies to the MD3200, MD3220, MD3200i, MD3220i, MD3600i, MD3620i, MD3600f, MD3620f and MD3x60 dense arrays.
Nearline 7.2K drives sit in Dell's Capacity Optimized category, made in 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch form factors.
Online physical disk firmware upgrade is supported on these arrays, and a hot spare must be equal to or larger than the member disks it protects.
Fit check: read the array support matrix for your controller firmware, and match the ST3000NM0023 label. Other Dell parts in this size: YXG4K 4 TB, 740YX 1 TB. The Dell PowerEdge parts hub lists further Dell parts.
