Lenovo lists 4XB7A10175 (feature code B34N) as the ThinkSystem U.2 PM983 1.92TB Entry NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 Hot Swap SSD. The PM983 is a general-purpose NVMe drive that Lenovo offers in 960GB, 1.92TB, 3.84TB and 7.68TB capacities, and it follows the PM963 drives with better random IOPS, sequential bandwidth and sequential write latency.
The 1.92TB model is rated for 540,000 random read IOPS and 50,000 random write IOPS at 4 KB, 3,200 MBps sequential read and 2,000 MBps sequential write. Random read and write latency is 85 and 50 microseconds, and sequential read and write latency is 15 and 20 microseconds. Typical power is 8.7 W reading and 10.6 W writing.
