Lenovo lists 4XB7A90877 (feature code BYLV) as the ThinkSystem 2.5-inch VA 7.68TB Read Intensive SATA 6Gb hot-swap SSD v2. VA stands for Vendor Agnostic: these drives are not tied to one flash vendor.
The 7.68TB drive is the largest in the 2.5-inch read-intensive VA range. Lenovo rates it at 0.6 drive writes per day, equal to 8,410 TB written, with 77,000 random read IOPS and 9,500 random write IOPS at 4 KB, and 480 MBps sequential read and 460 MBps sequential write. The MTBF is 2,000,000 hours. Lenovo lists this part number without SED encryption.
Smaller read-intensive VA capacities include 4XB7A90873 (480GB) and 4XB7A90874 (960GB). Lenovo gives the 480GB drive 1 drive write per day, and the 240GB model 1.5.
