Lenovo lists 4XB7A82263 (feature code BQ1T) as the ThinkSystem 2.5-inch 5400 PRO 7.68TB Read Intensive SATA 6Gb hot-swap SSD. The 5400 PRO line is based on the Micron 5400 PRO platform and Lenovo supplies it as self-encrypting drives, with TCG Enterprise listed for every capacity from 240GB to 7.68TB.
The 7.68TB drive is rated for 93,000 random read IOPS and 10,500 random write IOPS at 4 KB, with 540 MBps sequential read and 520 MBps sequential write. Sequential read latency is 170 microseconds and write latency is 400. Endurance is 0.6 drive writes per day, or 9,110 TB written, the MTTF is 3,000,000 hours, and typical power is 2.8 W reading and 3.9 W writing.
The 3.84TB model in the same line is rated at 1.5 drive writes per day and 10,512 TB written. The 240GB to 1.92TB drives are also rated at 1.5 drive writes per day.
