HPE option 629135-B22 is the Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331FLR Adapter, a four-port gigabit card in HPE's FlexibleLOM form. PartSurfer now lists the option as the HPE Ethernet 1Gb 4-port FLR-T BCM5719 Adapter and maps it to spare part 789897-001, described as the Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331FLR FlexibleLOM adapter.
HPE's ProLiant DL360 Gen9 QuickSpecs list the 331FLR among the FlexibleLOM adapters for that server, next to the 366FLR four-port 1Gb card and 10Gb FlexibleLOM options such as the 533FLR-T and 561FLR-T. The same QuickSpecs note that the DL360 Gen9 ships with four embedded 1Gb ports and that only one FlexibleLOM can be added as an upgradeable option.
The ProLiant DL380 Gen10 QuickSpecs list 629135-B22 under FlexibleLOM adapters as the HPE Ethernet 1Gb 4-port FLR-T BCM5719 Adapter, beside the I350-T4V2 four-port card 665240-B21 and the 10Gb BCM57416 card 817721-B21. That document says Networking Choice chassis must have a FlexibleLOM or a stand-up adapter selected, while the Embedded LOM chassis ships with four 1Gb ports.
Fit check: confirm the server has a free FlexibleLOM slot before ordering.
