P26325-B21 is the MR216i-a, the cache-less Broadcom MegaRAID tri-mode controller in HPE's Gen10 Plus line. HPE names it with x16 lanes and no cache, and its MR416i-a counterpart (P26279-B21) is the version with 4GB of cache.
The DL380 Gen10 QuickSpecs allow it in one place only: the two Basic Carrier configure-to-order servers, built on the 8SFF NC BC and 8SFF BC chassis. In those builds it works with Basic Carrier SFF SAS/SATA devices on a Basic Carrier cage with the cables a MegaRAID card needs, and HPE lists the 8SFF Model-X Basic Carrier arrangement as the supported one, SAS/SATA only. Smart Carrier drives are not to be mixed in, and NVMe is not supported on the controller in this server.
The DL360 Gen10 QuickSpecs list it for the 8SFF BC and NC 8SFF BC models with the same BC-only rule, and offer backplane kits such as the 8SFF SAS/SATA 12G BC kit P26427-B21 and the 8SFF x1 tri-mode 24G U.3 BC kit P26431-B21 for those builds. The DL380 Gen10 sheet adds that Windows Server 2012 R2 is not supported with Broadcom MegaRAID controllers on Gen10.
The -p form of the same cache-less card is MR216i-p P26324-B21, and the cached modular card is MR416i-a P26279-B21. Servers are listed on the HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 page.
