CP-7811-K9 is the Cisco IP Phone 7811, the one-line model of the 7800 Series, available in charcoal only. It has a non-backlit greyscale display of 384 x 106 pixels, a full-duplex speakerphone and a narrowband handset on an RJ-9 port that is hearing-aid compatible. The headset key is not available on the 7811.
Two RJ-45 ports provide a 10/100BASE-T connection, one to the LAN and one for a downstream device such as a PC. Cisco specifies Category 5, 5e or 6 cabling for 100 Mbps and four pairs. Signalling is SIP, with CDP and 802.1Q/p for QoS.
The phone is powered by IEEE 802.3af, Class 1, and its draw does not exceed 3.84 W (0.42 A at 48 V DC). Where PoE is not available, the Cisco Power Adapter 3 is the standard supply for the series.
The phone measures 207 x 195 x 33 mm without the foot stand and weighs 806 g. The foot stand has a single 45-degree position. Spares for the 7811 are CP-DX-HS-NB= for the narrowband handset, CP-7811-WMK= for the wall-mount kit and CP-7811-FS= for the foot stand.
Higher-line phones in the Cisco VoIP include the CP-7821-K9 and the CP-7841-K9.
