HPE PartSurfer lists P04034-001 as 'Primera 630, 800W with BBU': the 800 W power supply with battery backup unit for the HPE Primera 630 controller enclosure. Its where-used list names the A630 and C630 10-core 2.2GHz 128GB 2-node controllers, the all-flash and converged versions of the Primera 630.
HPE's Primera 600 QuickSpecs explain where it sits. Each controller SKU ships with two or four power supplies with fan and batteries; the Primera 630 2-way storage base is specified with two 800 W PCBMs (power, cooling and battery modules), while the Primera 650 and 670 node enclosures use 1700 W units. The 630 node enclosure accepts 100 to 240 V AC at 50 to 60 Hz, and the 2U base with two controllers and two 800 W PCBMs weighs 74 lb (33.6 kg) without drives or HBAs.
Do not confuse it with the drive enclosure supplies. Primera 600 SFF and LFF drive enclosures use two 500 W PCMs each, and DC sites use separate -48 V DC kits (R4V53A 1700 W for controllers, R4V54A 800 W for drive enclosures).
The 800 W rating is also a limit on upgrades. HPE notes that converting a Primera 630 to a 650 or 670 with a node conversion kit requires two 1700 W power supplies (R4W00A), because this 800 W unit does not carry the larger nodes.
To confirm fit, check that the array is a Primera 630 (A630 or C630) by the controller label or the management console, and follow the Primera service guide procedure for power supply replacement.
