Option 00AJ156 is the S3700 200GB SATA 2.5" MLC G3HS Enterprise SSD, feature code A4U3, the smallest S3700 size on Lenovo's Gen 3 hot-swap tray.
Lenovo rates the 200GB S3700 at 3.65 PB written over five years, 75,000 random read and 32,000 random write IOPS, 500 MBps sequential read and 365 MBps sequential write, 50/65 microsecond latency and 6 W, over 6 Gbps SATA. Writes are slower than on the 400GB and 800GB sizes, which reach 36,000 IOPS and 460 MBps.
Intel's High Endurance Technology lets the S3700 be rewritten in full ten times a day for its five-year life, which is why Lenovo groups it with Enterprise rather than Enterprise Value drives.
The S3700 guide marks 00AJ156 supported in the x3550 M5 (5463), x3650 M5 (5462), the x3850 X6/x3950 X6 (3837 and 6241) and the Flex System x240 (8737) and x440 (7917). The options guide adds the x3500 M5 and the 8869 and 8871 versions of the x3550 M5 and x3650 M5, flagged as withdrawn.
Fit check: needs a G3HS 2.5-inch bay. 00YC322 is the newer S3710 at 200GB with the same 10-writes-a-day rating, and 00AJ490 is the 800GB S3700 for 3.5-inch bays.
