Option 00AJ395 is the 120GB SATA 2.5" MLC G3HS Enterprise Value SSD, feature code A577, SBB 00AJ397. It is the G3HS-tray version of the Micron M500DC-based 120GB drive; 00AJ355 is the same capacity on the older HS tray.
Lenovo's figures for 120GB: 0.5 PB written, 63,000 read and 23,000 write IOPS, 425 MBps read and 200 MBps write sequential, 0.5/1.5 ms latency and 4 W typical power, using Micron 20 nm MLC over 6 Gbps SATA.
According to Lenovo the drive suits read-intensive work or mixes up to 70% read and 30% write.
Supported servers: x3500 M5, x3550 M5 (5463 and 8869), x3650 M5 (5462 and 8871), x3850 X6/x3950 X6 (3837 and 6241), NeXtScale nx360 M5 and Flex System x240 M5 and x280/x480/x880 X6. The x3850 X6 (3837) guide allows up to 8, the x3650 M5 (5462) guide 28 and the x3550 M5 (5463) guide 12.
Fit check: G3HS bays only; for M4-era HS bays order 00AJ355 instead. 00AJ400 is the 240GB size on the same G3HS tray.
