Lenovo option 00AJ212 (feature code A4UB, SBB 00AJ214) is the 400GB SAS 2.5" MLC G3HS Enterprise SSD. The same 400GB drive also came as 49Y6134 on a G2HS tray, 49Y6149 on a simple-swap tray and 00W1311 on a 3.5-inch hot-swap tray.
From the SAS MLC Enterprise SSD guide: 6 Gbps SAS, 19 nm MLC flash with FlashGuard endurance technology, 10 DWPD over five years for 7.3 PB written, 95,000 read and 40,000 write IOPS, 550 MBps read and 540 MBps write sequential, 7 W typical power, MTBF above 2,500,000 hours.
The write speed is a step up from the 200GB version (540 against 380 MBps), so this is the better pick of the two for write-heavy volumes.
Lenovo marks it supported in the x3500 M5, x3550 M5 (5463), x3650 M5 (5462), x3850 X6/x3950 X6 (3837 and 6241) and the Flex System x240 M5 and x280/x480/x880 X6. The x3650 M5 guide allows 28, the x3550 M5 guide 12 and the x3850 X6 (3837) guide 8.
Fit check: SAS controller and G3HS bay. 00AJ207 is the 200GB SAS model; 00YA823 is the P3700 800GB NVMe drive if the server has NVMe bays.
