46W0813 is Lenovo's 8GB DDR4 unbuffered DIMM with ECC, dual-rank x8, 1.2V, PC4-17000 (2133 MHz) and low profile. Lenovo Press lists it as a memory option for the System x3250 M6 with feature code ATPU, at most four per server.
Its rank layout separates it from the 2400 MHz TruDDR4 module of the same capacity: 01KN321 is single-rank (1Rx8), while 46W0813 is dual-rank. In the x3250 M6, Lenovo states that the 2400 MHz parts operate at up to 2133 MHz, the same speed this module is rated for.
The server has two memory channels with two DIMMs each, and the guide's speed table shows 2133 MHz at both one and two DIMMs per channel. The processor sets the ceiling, and Celeron G3900-series models list 1866 MHz. Four of these modules give 32GB.
Other 2133 MHz UDIMMs in the same table are 46W0809 (4GB, ATPT) and 46W0817 (16GB, ATRZ). The 4GB step-down is 46W0809, the 16GB step-up 46W0817; the IBM System x memory hub has 2400 MHz UDIMMs too.
Fit check: confirm the server is an x3250 M6 and count the free UDIMM slots before ordering.
