652497-B21 is the HP Ethernet 1Gb 2-port 361T Adapter; PartSurfer now titles the option Ethernet 1Gb 2-port BASE-T I350-T2V2 Adapter. Its bill of materials holds two spares, 656241-001 and the V2 board 656241-002.
PartSurfer describes 656241-001 as a 361T adapter with two 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ-45 ports and 256MB of integrated buffer memory. The V2 spare's description lists the same two RJ-45 ports without a buffer memory figure. Both spares require one x4 PCI Express slot, compatible with x8 and x16 slots, and both require CAT5E or better twisted-pair cabling.
The ProLiant DL360p Gen8 and DL380p Gen8 QuickSpecs list the adapter in their 1 Gigabit Ethernet adapter options, between the 4-port 331T, 647594-B21, and the 2-port 332T, 615732-B21.

Fit check: the card needs a free x4 or wider PCIe slot and CAT5E or better cable runs.
