Feature code B91D (option 4XB7A17055) is the ThinkSystem 2.5-inch PM1643a 7.68TB Entry SAS 12Gb hot-swap SSD. Lenovo Press describes the PM1643a drives as Samsung SSDs built on 64-layer V-NAND TLC, the follow-on to the PM1643 with improved random write performance.
For the 7.68TB size, Lenovo gives 1 drive write per day (14,016 TB written), 230,000 random read and 90,000 random write IOPS (4 KB) and 1,000 MBps sequential read and write.
Lenovo lists it for first-generation ThinkSystem servers (SR630, SR650, SR530, SR550, SR570, SR590, ST550, SR850, SR850P, SR860, SR950, SD530, SN550, SN850), the V2 servers ST650 V2, SR630 V2, SR650 V2, SR670 V2, SR850 V2 and SR860 V2, and the AMD SR635, SR655, SR645 and SR665. Its siblings are the 3.84TB 4XB7A17054 (B91C) and 15.36TB 4XB7A17056 (BC4R), plus 960GB and 1.92TB sizes.
Lenovo Press shows the PM1643a options as withdrawn. Lenovo names the PM1653 as the follow-on to the PM1643a; the 7.68TB PM1653 is 4XB7A80321 (BP3E), a 24Gb SAS drive. To confirm fit, check the server against the list above and check that it has a SAS (not SATA-only) 2.5-inch backplane and controller.
