IE-3100-18T2C-E is a Cisco Catalyst IE3100 Rugged Series switch with 20 ports: 18 10/100/1000 RJ-45 copper ports and two 1GE combo uplinks, with no separate SFP-only ports. It ships with the Network Essentials license. It is a non-PoE model and it is not conformal coated; the coated version is the IE-3100-18T2C-CC-E.
Cisco rates forwarding at 29.76 Mpps with 64-byte packets and forwarding bandwidth at 20 Gbps. Limits on this SKU are 8 egress queues, 8,000 unicast MAC addresses, 256 VLANs, 2,000 IPv4 indirect routes and 128 STP instances. It carries 4 GB of DRAM and 1.5 GB of user-accessible flash.
Power comes in over dual DC inputs, 12 V to 48 V nominal (9.6 V to 60 V absolute), with a maximum current of 4.2 A at 12 V, 2.6 A at 24 V and 1.3 A at 48 V; power consumption is 36.7 W. The switch mounts on a DIN rail, measures 5.00 x 4.30 x 5.08 inches and weighs 1.27 kg (2.8 lb) for the switch only.
