00AJ400 is Lenovo's option for the 240GB SATA 2.5" MLC G3HS Enterprise Value SSD, feature code A578, SBB 00AJ402, from the Micron M500DC-based family.
At 240GB Lenovo quotes 1.0 PB written, 63,000 read and 33,000 write IOPS, 425 MBps read and 330 MBps write sequential, 0.5 ms read and 1.5 ms write latency, and 5 W typical power.
Lenovo rates this family at up to 2.4 drive writes per day for five years, high for a value-class SSD, and uses 20 nm Micron MLC flash that Lenovo says is screened and tested for enterprise customers.
Lenovo lists support in the x3500 M5, both x3550 M5 versions, both x3650 M5 versions, the x3850 X6/x3950 X6 (3837 and 6241), the nx360 M5 and the Flex System x240 M5 and x280/x480/x880 X6 compute nodes; the x3850 X6 (3837) guide allows 8.
Fit check: G3HS tray required. 00AJ395 is the 120GB drive in this family and 00AJ410 the 800GB one.
