This is the 12-port data model of Cisco's Catalyst 9200CX compact switches, with Network Essentials licensing (the -A version carries Network Advantage). Cisco's description is 12 ports of 1G, 2x10G and 3x1G: twelve Gigabit Ethernet downlinks, two 10G SFP+ and two 1G copper uplinks, plus a 1G copper port that can draw power from upstream.
The switch can run as an IEEE 802.3bt Class 6 powered device from an upstream PoE switch, or from an optional 80 W AC or DC adapter (PWR-ADPT, C9K-80W-ADPT or C9K-ADPT-DC), with a C9K-ADPT-BRKT-12T bracket to mount it. It is fanless.
Cisco lists 70 Gbps switching capacity and 52.08 Mpps forwarding, 16 virtual networks, and an MTBF of 960,180 hours. It measures 1.73 x 10.6 x 6.5 in and weighs 4.0 lb. Stacking is not available on C9200CX switches.
Siblings: the C9200CX-12P-2X2G has 12 PoE+ ports and an internal 315 W supply, and the C9200L and modular C9200 models are full-width 1RU switches with stacking. Because the 12T has no PoE output, it is for data endpoints only. When buying, confirm how it will be powered, either from an 802.3bt Class 6 switch port or with one of the listed adapters, since no adapter is built in.
