PWR-CC1-250WAC is a 250 W AC power supply, used on the Catalyst 8300 1RU platforms: the C8300-1N1S-4T2X and the C8300-1N1S-6T. Catalyst 8300 platforms ship with dual power supplies for redundancy.
Cisco rates the input at 100 to 240 VAC and 50 to 60 Hz with an input current of 3 A to 1.25 A. The output is 12 V at 21 A, output holdup time is 20 ms, and efficiency is 80 Plus Silver. Cisco lists no PoE for this supply; PoE on NIM or SM ports requires at least one PoE-capable supply.
Cisco states that PWR-CC1-400WAC was shipped as a temporary substitute for the 250WAC during a component shortage, is no longer shipped with 1RU platforms, and retains the same support as the PWR-CC1-250WAC.
Other 1RU options are PWR-CC1-500WAC (500 W, PoE with a 250 W budget), PWR-CC1-400WDC (400 W DC) and PWR-CC1-400WHV (400 W HVDC). The 2RU platforms use PWR-CC1-650WAC, PWR-CC1-1000WAC, PWR-CC1-650WDC and PWR-CC1-650WDCR.
Platforms that use it are in Cisco routers, including the C8300-1N1S-6T and the C8300-1N1S-4T2X.
