4XB7A93128 (feature code C0ZQ) is the ThinkSystem 2.5" U.2 VA 3.2TB Mixed Use NVMe PCIe 5.0 x4 HS SSD, a Vendor Agnostic drive that Lenovo sources from several SSD makers for mixed read-write workloads. It has SED encryption and a PCIe x4 interface that runs at PCIe 5.0, with PCIe 4.0 x4 versions also in the range.
Mixed Use endurance is 3 drive writes per day for five years, which is 17,520 TB written at 3.2TB. The minimum PCIe 5.0 performance for this capacity is 1,710,000 random read IOPS and 360,000 random write IOPS at 4 KB, with sequential transfers of 10,800 MBps read and 4950 MBps write at 128 KB. Data reliability is under one unrecoverable bit error per 10^17 bits read, and MTBF is 2,000,000 hours.
The drive withstands 1,500 G of non-operating shock for 0.5 ms and 2.17 G RMS of non-operating vibration from 5 to 700 Hz. Without its tray it is 70 mm wide and 100 mm deep, in a 7 mm or 15 mm height.
Supported servers are the ThinkSystem SR630 V3, SR650 V3, SR635 V3, SR645 V3, SR655 V3, SR665 V3, SR675 V3, SR850 V3, SR860 V3, SD535 V3, SR680a V4 and the V4 models SR630, SR650, SR650a, SR850 and SR860. The same PCIe 5.0 range includes 4XB7A93127 (1.6TB, C0ZR), 4XB7A93129 (6.4TB, C0ZP) and 4XB7A93130 (12.8TB, C0ZN), and the PCIe 4.0 counterpart at 3.2TB is 4XB7A93897 (C18H).
