The EMC Connectrix MP-8000B is the EMC-branded Brocade 8000: a 1U converged FCoE switch with 24 10 Gb Ethernet (CEE/DCB) ports and 8 8Gb/s Fibre Channel ports.
Where it fits: top-of-rack convergence in EMC and Brocade environments, connecting servers with converged network adapters over 10 GbE while bridging to existing Fibre Channel SANs.
