The JE066A is the HP 5120-24G EI Switch: 24 RJ-45 10/100/1000 ports, four dual-personality ports (copper or SFP) and an RJ-45 serial console. It has no interface slots. HP rates switching capacity at 48 Gbps and throughput at 35.7 million packets per second, with 128 MB SDRAM, a 2 MB packet buffer and 16 MB flash.
It is a 1U unit, 17.32 x 11.81 x 1.72 in and 9.92 lb, with an internal power supply on 100-240 VAC. Idle power is 35 W and maximum 62 W. The RPS 800 (JD183A) is supported as an external redundant supply, one JD183A or JG136A per switch.
HP's end-of-sale notice lists the JE066A with an end-of-sale date of September 30, 2015 and points to the 5130 EI series (for example JG932A 5130-24G-4SFP+ EI) without mapping each SKU. HPE's parts database states support ended April 30, 2021. The version with two interface slots is the JE068A; the 48-port version with slots is the JE069A.
