4XB7A08504 is the ThinkSystem 2.5" 5100 1.92TB Entry SATA 6Gb Hot Swap SSD, Lenovo feature code B10Q. It is the Lenovo version of the Micron 5100 ECO SSD family, with triple-level cell 3D NAND and a 6 Gbps SATA interface, positioned for read-intensive work such as boot, web servers, lower data rate operational databases and analytics.
At 1.92 TB the drive has an endurance of 0.9 drive writes per day, which is 3200 TB written, and the 5100 Entry family spans 0.5 to 0.9 drive writes per day over 5 years. The uncorrectable bit error rate is below 1 in 10^17 bits read and the MTBF is 2,000,000 hours. Random 4 KB performance is 93,000 read IOPS and 24,000 write IOPS, and 128 KB sequential transfers reach 540 MBps read and 520 MBps write. Sequential read and write latency are both 500 microseconds, and typical power draw is 5.5 W.
The 2.5-inch body is 7 mm high, 70 mm wide and 100 mm deep and weighs 70 g without the tray. Non-operating shock is 1,500 G at 0.5 ms and non-operating vibration is 3.13 G RMS from 5 to 800 Hz. The drive supports S.M.A.R.T. and AES 256-bit encryption. The 2.5-inch family also includes the 3.84TB 4XB7A08505 (B10R) and the 480GB 4XB7A08502 (B10N).
