4XB7A13970 is the ThinkSystem 2.5" U.3 7450 MAX 3.2TB Mixed Use NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 hot-swap SSD, Lenovo feature code BNEY. It is based on the Micron 7450 MAX family (supplier model MTFDKCB3T2TFS-1BC15ABYY) with Micron 176-layer 3D TLC NAND, and it ships in a 2.5-inch hot-swap tray with a U.3 interface. The drive is self-encrypting and compliant with TCG Opal 2.01.

Endurance at 3.2 TB is 3.0 drive writes per day over 5 years, or 17,500 TB written, with an uncorrectable bit error rate below 1 in 10^17 bits read and an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours. Random 4 KB performance is 1,000,000 read IOPS and 390,000 write IOPS. Sequential 128 KB transfers reach 6800 MBps read and 5300 MBps write, random latency is 80 microseconds for reads and 15 microseconds for writes, and typical power draw is 10.5 W reading and 15 W writing.

The drive body is 7 mm high, 70 mm wide and 100 mm deep, and weighs 70 g without the tray; capacities of 6.4 TB and above are 15 mm high. Each NVMe drive has a direct PCIe 4.0 x4 connection for up to 8 GBps of throughput. Power-loss protection, adaptive thermal monitoring, end-to-end data protection and S.M.A.R.T. support are built in.
