4XB7A10202 is the ThinkSystem U.2 Intel P4510 1.0TB Entry NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 Hot Swap SSD, Lenovo feature code B58F. It is a 2.5-inch drive with a hot-swap tray attached, built on an Intel-developed controller and firmware with 64-layer TLC Intel 3D NAND. Lenovo has withdrawn it from marketing, together with the rest of the P4510 and P4511 family.

The drive has a PCIe 3.0 x4 interface and no SED encryption. Endurance is 1.0 drive writes per day over 5 years, or 1.92 PB written, with an uncorrectable bit error rate below 1 in 10^17 bits read and an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours. Random 4 KB performance is 465,000 read IOPS and 70,000 write IOPS, and sequential transfers reach 2.85 GBps read and 1.1 GBps write. Sequential access latency is 10 microseconds for reads and 12 microseconds for writes, and random access latency is 77 microseconds for reads and 18 microseconds for writes.

The body measures 15 mm high, 70 mm wide and 100 mm deep, and weighs up to 139 g. Operating shock is 1,000 G at 0.5 ms and operating vibration is 2.17 G RMS from 5 to 700 Hz.
